Here are some of the highlights from this year’s list.
- Exercise more. We have a Y membership; I need to use it more.
- Leave work on time. I should be off around 2:30. Not 4 or 4:30.
- Prepare more meals at home. I'm a good cook. I like caring for my family in this way. And it saves a buttload of money and usually means fewer calories. I've already printed off several recipes to try.
- Bake more. I love baking. It's an amazing outlet for my stress and for my creativity.
- Get my house organized. Easier said than done, but I've got to be more on top of the toys and paperwork and junk mail and clothes.
- Use my days off more efficiently. Cleaning, organizing, playdates, coffee/lunch with friends.
- Money. Maximize my coupons. Don't buy stuff I don't need. Understand the stocks and investments John and I have.
- Grow spiritually. Spend more time in prayer. Make time for confession. Try to get back into the weekly rosary group – or at least pray the rosary more often.
Happy New Year, y'all!
